In-stock orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes approximately 7–20 business days. Pre-order items ship after their official Korean release date, and orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will normally ship together once everything is ready.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight. Tracking details will be emailed to you after dispatch. Customs duties, import taxes, and other local charges are not included and are the recipient’s responsibility.

Damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete orders should be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos and an unedited unboxing video so we can review the issue as quickly as possible.

Change-of-mind returns may be requested within 5 days of delivery, provided the item remains unused, unopened, factory-sealed, and complete with all original packaging and inclusions. Conditions and exclusions apply, and any additional rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
