In-stock orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes approximately 7–20 business days. Pre-order items ship after their official Korean release date, and orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will normally ship together once everything is ready.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight. Tracking details will be emailed to you after dispatch. Customs duties, import taxes, and other local charges are not included and are the recipient’s responsibility.

Don’t see your country on our shipping list? Contact us and we’ll see whether another delivery option is available.

Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other local charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

Any applicable charges are determined by the destination country and are the recipient’s responsibility. Payment may be required before or upon delivery.

As customs rules and charges vary by country, Seoulsori cannot confirm the amount in advance. Please check with your local customs authority if you would like more information before ordering.

Refusing a parcel because of customs charges does not automatically qualify the order for a full refund. Additional shipping, return, customs, or carrier fees may be deducted where permitted by applicable law.

We hope you love your SeoulSori order, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete orders should be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos and an unedited unboxing video so we can review the issue as quickly as possible.

Change-of-mind returns may be requested within 5 days of delivery, provided the item remains unused, unopened, factory-sealed, and complete with all original packaging and inclusions. Conditions and exclusions apply, and any additional rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.

Please contact us before sending anything back, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
